What packages do you offer?

We don't offer pre-packaged videos, but we have some example packages for you to look at that give you an idea of what options there are video-wise. 

How do you structure your services without packages?

We start by getting an idea of what's most important to you in a wedding video. Then we'll provide you with a few different options for you to consider based on the amount of coverage and investment required. 

Are you available for my wedding date?

We only film weekend weddings and are limited by the availability of our crew. Available dates go fast.

Do you offer photography services?

We do not. However we always get along with photographers and will recommend some of our favorites if you'd like. 

What is the booking process like?

Our booking process is paperless and takes place entirely online. You may make a deposit via credit card or check. From start to finish the entire process takes less than an hour. 

Do you travel?

Of course! We love to travel. We will travel anywhere within the Austin city limit for free. Any venue outside of Austin will be charged $2.50 per mile for the additional mileage. If your wedding is more than 100 miles outside of Austin please notify us as we may require hotel accommodations. 

Can I split the hours in my package into different blocks?

No. Once we start shooting we will film continuously until the hourly limit in the package has been reached. We do this because loading, transporting, building and breaking down film equipment is time consuming and strenuous.

How do you guys choose the music?

When you book with us we'll ask you fill out an "About You" survey. Questions about music taste and preference are included in the survey. Before editing, our editors read this survey to make sure they are aware of your taste and will bear that in mind when selecting a song. If you want us to change the song we're more than happy to do that.

Can I request revisions after the video is delivered?

Of course you can! This is your video that you will live with for the rest of your life. We encourage every bride to share revision requests with us should they arise. Your video should be perfect and sometimes that doesn't happen on the first try. Once a video is delivered we give you a 2 week window to submit any revision requests free of charge. If you request revisions after the 2 week window has lapsed we may charge an additional revision fee.

Can you send me DVD's?

Physical DVD's are a bit too old school for us. Instead we deliver our videos via an online Blu-Ray. It operates just like a DVD (video menu, scene selection, etc), it's full HD, and it allows you to download the videos! If you'd like a physical DVD copy we will help you coordinate with a 3rd-party DVD burning service.

Can I have the raw footage?

Yes! We're more than happy to send you the raw footage. The data we capture at a wedding can easily take up 300 gigabytes of space, so we will send it to you via an external hard drive. We charge a fee of $199 for raw footage release which includes the cost of the drive, the time it takes to load the drive, and all shipping expenses.
